Where do we deliver to?

We deliver Nationwide in the Republic and Northern Ireland.

During busy sale periods please allow additional time for delivery. 

How much is home delivery?

Price of Delivery will depend on the product size.  Please refer to each Individual Product for Shipping Prices. Free Shipping will apply to Purchases over €500.00.

Delivery Times?

Our standard deliveries are made between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. A signature will be required upon delivery. For large appliances our courier will send you a text message prior to delivery providing you will your allocated delivery timeslot. 

Items that are a special order from the manufacturer may take longer to deliver. You will be notified if there is an extended delivery on any item you purchase.

Shipping Policy?

95 % of orders are despatched within 3-5 working days – We aim to despatch all orders within 3-5 working days. Please allow additional time for delivery. Where products are shipped by third parties please allow up to 10 working days.

• Subject to availability we will endeavour to fulfil your order for product(s) listed in the Order Confirmation within a reasonable period of time unless there are exceptional circumstances.
• If for any reason we cannot meet the delivery date, you will be kept informed and offered a choice of either continuing with the extended delivery time or cancellation with a full refund.
• Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you the details of your order to the email address provided.
• We may deliver the Goods in instalments if they are not all available at the same time for delivery. Deliveries will be made by the Carrier to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery.
• For the purpose of these Terms, “delivery” or “delivered” shall be deemed to have occurred upon delivery of the product (s) at the address specified by you when you completed your order.
• If you wish to send products to different addresses, you must create a different order for each delivery address.
• Orders over €500 have free delivery in Ireland.
• We currently don’t deliver to the UK, except for Northern Ireland.
• We currently cannot deliver certain brands outside of the Republic of Ireland. 

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is now available with free delivery to our store centrally located in Mullingar. Customers can place orders online and choose between home delivery or in-store collection.

• For in-store collection, your order must be collected from 15 Austin Friar Street, Mullingar Co Westmeath, free of charge.
• Please allow 3 to 5 working days for order preparation.
• 95% of orders are ready to collect within 5 working days.
• You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection – please check your spam/junk folders.
• Please present your confirmation order email notification to staff members at the designated collection counter when collecting your order.
• If the order is not picked up within a month of customers receiving the ‘Ready to Collect’ notification, then the order will be refunded. Customers will be contacted prior to this. 
• Collection available Monday to Saturday, subject to store opening hours:

Monday to Saturday 9.30am – 5.00pm (excluding Public Holidays)

By taking advantage of the Free Delivery service, you agree to the following Terms: This service entitles residents in Ireland to free delivery on www.agormanflooring.ie on orders of €500 and over. This offer will be applied automatically at the checkout. Otherwise, delivery charges apply.

• This service does not include collection of returns.

(i) cancel this promotion and (ii) amend these terms at any time.
