Delivery
Our standard delivery service for IN STOCK items can take up to 10 working days from when you place your order. However some items may take longer to arrive in stock. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding delivery times.
Bed & Mattress Removal Service
At Gorman Furniture & Interiors, we offer a convenient Removal Service when you’re purchasing new furniture with us. This optional service ensures your old furniture can be taken away seamlessly — saving you the hassle. Please read the following terms carefully before selecting this service:
- Available Only with Purchase: The Removal Service is only available in conjunction with the purchase of a new product from Gorman Furniture & Interiors.
- Preparation Required: The old item(s) must be fully disassembled and placed downstairs, at ground level, ready for collection at the time of delivery.
- Condition of Items: Our delivery team reserves the right to refuse removal of any item that is deemed dirty, soiled, dangerous, or wet. In such cases, your removal fee will be refunded.
- Avoid Outdoor Storage: Please do not leave your old furniture outside, as weather damage may render it uncollectible. We also recommend keeping the item inside until your new furniture has been successfully delivered.
- Select the Correct Option: Please choose the appropriate removal option at checkout. Any discrepancies may result in cancellation and refund of the removal service. Our team is unable to process adjustments after the delivery team has departed.
